*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical functions, mobility, and daily living activities to develop tailored care plans.
* Implement evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, including trigger point therapy and orthopedics interventions, to promote recovery.
* Deliver occupational therapy services focused on improving patients’ ability to perform essential tasks and activities of daily living.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning, ensuring seamless transition from hospital to home or community settings.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment goals, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs to support ongoing recovery.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes within electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
* Stay current with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology updates to ensure the highest standards of care across inpatient, outpatient, and home health environments.

* Expertise in developing comprehensive care plans that address patient needs across geriatrics and general rehabilitation.
* Experience working with EMR systems for efficient documentation and patient record management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
