About
Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of industrial design-build projects, from pre-construction and design coordination through construction and project closeout.

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

Manage design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure design intent aligns with construction feasibility.

Coordinate with owners, stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and maintain project alignment.

Implement and maintain risk management strategies, including identification, mitigation, and monitoring.

Supervise contract administration, including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and compliance with contract requirements.

Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and prepare executive reports for senior management and clients.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards across all project phases.

Drive collaboration between design and construction teams to optimize constructability, cost, and schedule.

Mentor and guide project management teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
-
10+ years of project management experience in industrial construction, with proven design-build project leadership.

Strong experience managing projects with multi-million-dollar budgets and complex industrial systems.

Extensive knowledge of design-build delivery methodology, construction methods, and sequencing.

Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or similar).

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents accurately.

Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating consultants, contractors, and owners.

Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Valid safety certifications and a strong understanding of industrial safety standards.
