Position: Independent Contractor - Satellite Installer
Location: Nationwide - Work anywhere in the Canada

What You'll Do:

• Install satellite internet systems at customer locations
• Mount satellite dishes on roofs or other suitable spots
• Run cables and connect equipment for perfect signal reception
• Configure and program satellite receivers
• Test and troubleshoot to ensure everything's working smoothly
• Provide top-notch customer service and answer questions
• Educate customers on using their new satellite systems

What You Need:

• Strong knowledge of telecom systems and equipment
• Experience with fiber splicing and low voltage cabling
• Skilled with hand tools and network installation (Cisco routers a plus)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Great communication abilities
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous experience as a service technician is a bonus

• Ladder capable of 3 stories
• Tools for facilitating a starlink install
• Ability to climb on roofs
• Carry your own liability insurance
• Be authorized to work in Canada (W-8BEN form may be required for tax purposes when working with U.S. companies)
