Job Title: Program Coordinator - Intern
Location: Vancouver/Toronto, Canada
Job Summary
The
Program Coordinator
provides overall assistance to the Delivery leadership team and supports the daily operational activities, process enhancements, and the governance of Intellect's Digital Engagement Platform rollout program.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and tracking ongoing projects within the Delivery team, ensuring timelines, deliverables and updates are accurately maintained.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, reports and dashboards in collaboration with Project Managers and team leads.
- Help gather and analyze project data for reporting on milestones, risks and progress updates.
- Contribute to maintaining project and portfolio management tools (Tracking sheets, dashboards, or internal systems) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with the organization of project meetings, preparing agendas, capturing meeting notes and following up on action items.
- Support the preparation of communication materials, presentations and project summaries for leadership or stakeholder updates.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support alignment on ongoing initiatives and project deliverables.
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and documenting best practices across projects.
- Maintain organized project files, libraries and templates to support team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Delivery Management teams as required.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
- Strong interest in project coordination, process improvement and supporting team operations.
- Basic experience or coursework using Google Suite applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Details oriented, proactive and eager to learn in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative while following established guidelines and processes.
