About

Typical Day in Role:


• Perform Security Software upgrades based on vendor instructions


• Open support tickets, vendor engagement on issues, follow ups pertaining to Security Software


• Develop integrations to onboard third party applications, servers and accounts onto PAM Security Software.


• Develop, test, and deploy scripts using PowerShell, Python, Java, and JavaScript


• Code Repository maintenance. Maintaining and developing CI/CD Pipelines


• Execute upgrades and patches for PAM security software in accordance with vendor guidelines


• Manage server vulnerability remediation through regular patching cycles


• Track and follow up on issue resolution and escalations


• Design and implement integrations to onboard third-party applications, servers, and privileged accounts into the PAM ecosystem


• Maintain and enhance automation workflows to support PAM operations

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

1) 8+ years of experience as a full stack Developer

2) 2+ years of experience with Restful API

3) 2+ years of experience with ticketing systems (opening support tickets, engaging vendors, etc.)

4) Extensive experience with developing PowerShell scripts

5) 2+ years of experience with SQL

Nice-To-Have Skills:

1) Knowledge of Cybersecurity platforms (Cyberark)

2) Python (strongly preferred)

3) JavaScript (strongly preferred)

4) Experience working within the Cybersecurity space

5) Experience in leading/managing projects

6) Certificate/Diploma in Cybersecurity

Soft Skills Required:


• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to take ownership of work and initiative communication/collaboration where needed


• Eager to learn and taking initiative to enhance skills where needed for excellent results

Education: Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or related field

Candidate Review & Selection

2 rounds

1st – HM + Peer – MS Teams Video – 30 mins

2nd – HM + Director – MS Teams Video or in-person – 30 mins

The interviews will be technical in nature, including questions about vendor management. Personality assessment will also be part of the interviews.
