Shift Supervisor For PM part (3pm-11pm)

Job Title: Evening Supervisor (3 PM – 11 PM)
Location: Grimsby ON
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay Rate: $17.60 – $18.50 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Evening Supervisor to join our team from 3 PM to 11 PM. Candidates with Tim Hortons experience or experience in a fast-paced environment will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the evening team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain high standards of guest service
• Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
• Manage rush periods efficiently
• Handle cash, inventory, and daily store tasks
• Ensure proper closing procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience at Tim Hortons or in a similar fast-paced environment
• Must live nearby and have reliable transportation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work full-time evenings (3 PM – 11 PM)
• Must be dependable, responsible, and team-oriented
