Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable overnight(12am to 9 am) Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and upselling techniques will be highly valued to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
  • Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to maximize customer value
  • Use excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients
  • Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively
  • Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software or other customer management tools is desirable
