If this sounds like you, MacGillivray Injury and Insurance Law is seeking a Marketing Audio/Visual Coordinator to work based out of their office in New Glasgow, NS.

MacGillivray Injury and Insurance Law is a civil litigation boutique firm representing clients across Atlantic Canada and beyond. We currently have offices located in New Glasgow, NS; Halifax, NS; St. John's, NL; and Moncton, NB.

Reporting to the Director of Growth, the Marketing Coordinator will assist with the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies in relation to the day-to-day operations of MacGillivray Injury and Insurance Law.

Providing coordination and support on a broad range of marketing & communications projects

Produce and edit videos for TV, web, or social media

Manage lighting, audio, and color correction to ensure a polished, consistent look

Assisting with writing and editing of blog posts, social media posts, and press releases

Monitoring inventory of supplies and materials, and ordering new supplies as needed

Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls with clients, and assessing next steps when required

Social Media Management within various platforms

University degree/diploma in Marketing, or equivalent education and experience

Previous experience and proficiency with video editing software

Understanding of lighting, audio, framing, and color correction

Solid understanding of technology, social media, and marketing tools

Thorough and meticulous attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to be flexible, and adapt easily to change

Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills

Pleasant demeanor and positive attitude

Previous customer service experience is an asset

Bilingual fluency in English and French is an asset
