Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Prior experience in food and beverage service, especially in a restaurant or hospitality setting, is highly valued. Candidates should be comfortable handling cash transactions, operating POS systems such as Micros POS, and adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience
- Operate POS systems including Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while ensuring quality and presentation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out customers at the end of shifts
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during service hours
- Follow all food handling and safety regulations diligently
- Assist in setting up the bar before opening and closing procedures after hours
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
- Knowledge of basic math for accurate cash handling and change calculation
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of alcohol laws
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy hours
- Basic understanding of food safety practices within the hospitality industry

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour
