Position Overview:

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you will play a vital role in assisting residents with daily living activities, supporting the nursing team, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about patient care and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

Support mobility by helping residents with lifting, positioning, and transferring to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other areas.

Ensure proper nutrition and hydration, including meal delivery, feeding assistance, and tracking meal intake.

Monitor and document residents' weights, skin conditions, and overall well-being.

Report any changes in residents’ conditions to nurses and supervisors.

Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and activities.

Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff.

Provide a compassionate and positive environment while mentoring fellow LNAs.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Current LNA certification in the state of New Hampshire.

Prior healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compassionate, patient-centered, and reliable.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care.

Shift Details:
