The Opportunity to Make an Impact We are an ambitious, rapidly expanding team seeking a Design Director to help us compete on a global scale. You are a strategic, focused, and ambitious senior design leader eager to impact advertising campaigns for major brands and mission-driven organizations advocating social change. This role offers the chance to lead a creative team, drive impactful work, and grow talented designers.

Overview:

Lead and develop top-tier ad campaigns across brand and social impact marketing. Manage the design team and processes to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery of high-quality work.

Leadership:

Lead a growing team of graphic designers, with a background in branding and collateral design, and a passion for mentoring young creatives.

Salary range:

$150,000 - $180,000

Work Environment:

Expectation to work from one of our offices at least 3 days a week.

Requirements

15+ years of design experience in an agency setting, including at least 5 years as a Senior Designer leading advertising campaigns (experience in brand reputation & social impact preferred).

Strong focus on design quality, pixel-perfect standards, and ability to review and improve work across multiple clients.

Experience in resource management, including managing designers, freelancers, and agencies.

Active involvement in hiring, training, and managing team development, providing strategic direction and performance feedback.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating creative decisions to high-level clients (Fortune 1000 C-Suite).

Leadership skills to mentor and manage a growing team, with strong knowledge of branding and design practices.

Fluency in digital and traditional graphic design across social media, print, OOH, DOOH, and video advertising.

Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, delegate, and meet deadlines.

This role offers a total compensation package including a base salary of $150,000 - $180,000, an annual discretionary bonus, and other benefits. Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and qualifications.
