A fast growing global tech company is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a multi tier SDR organisation across inbound qualification, outbound prospecting, and product led conversion. This is a strategic and hands on leadership role where you will shape the SDR function, embed AI driven outreach practices, and build a high quality pipeline engine across MENA and other developed markets. All candidates are screened and vetted by Via, and hiring through Via costs significantly less than a traditional recruitment fee.
What You Will Do :
Build and lead a segmented SDR team including inbound SDRs, outbound SDRs, and internal sales representatives supporting PLG conversions.
Coach, mentor, and develop the team while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Define success metrics, processes, and operating rhythms for each SDR segment.
Develop and execute a unified pipeline generation strategy aligned with growth targets across EMEA, MENA, and APAC.
Oversee inbound qualification frameworks to maximise conversion quality.
Design outbound programmes blending personalisation, automation, and targeted market penetration.
Optimise PLG conversion workflows informed by signups, trials, and product usage signals.
