Size and functions of local team: 89 AEs under direct leadership; junior profile team with planned headcount expansion Role description (which vertical buyer persona deal sizes deal cycles Ent / MM / SMB leads etc): AE Full-cycle sales leader role focused on SMB / MM in the UKI and emerging markets. Opportunity & GTM
Average deal size: 12K ACV (MRR-led) with deals scaling to 150K-200K Land-and-expand model; ACVs grow over time with cross-sell Primarily inbound and self-generated pipeline Selling to MSPs and internal IT buyers Future GTM expansion includes enterprise / internal IT and strategic accounts Leadership & Reporting
Leading a junior team (mostly hired in last 18 months) Direct report to VP Sales Unique About the Company
Proven internal mobility (e.g. Sam Callaghan's career path) Recession-resilient with consistent YoY growth Long employee tenure (8 years) High focus on EMEA investment and team scaling Growth Perspective
Director-level remit for current managers looking to scale impact; high visibility across EMEA GTM org; opportunity to help define commercial structure across multiple regions Must Haves
23 years managing AEs Background in B2B SaaS sales Track record as top-performing IC prior to management Experience in IT channel / MSP / cybersecurity space Demonstrated coaching ability and team development Strong operational execution and accountability Experience with SMB / MM sales cycles Hands-on leadership style to drive turnaround and growth Nice to Have
