Job Summary:
Reporting to the VP, Automated Sales, this role focuses on driving automated revenue growth across assigned agencies and Demand Side Platforms through Programmatic Marketplaces and Disney Campaign Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
Lead the overall automated sales strategy for assigned client/agency groups and demand side platforms in the upfront and scatter marketplace.
Build and maintain high-impact relationships with key clients and Demand Side Platforms to set goals and lead day-to-day business.
Collaborate with Data and Revenue Analytics teams to transform trend data into actionable business insights and revenue opportunities.
Manage daily sales activities of AEs & AAEs driving programmatic sales of data-driven products.
Develop and manage the programmatic sales pipeline to meet automation sales targets.
Coordinate with other DAS teams involved in the advertising sales process: Finance, Planning, Operations, Solutions, and cross-functional teams.
Track and support individual team member revenue goals and success metrics.
Stay informed on industry trends related to identity solutions, measurement capabilities, and ad tech to identify product gaps and customer needs.
Manage a team of 6 direct reports.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of digital media experience with emphasis on programmatic advertising.
Significant experience in premium TV and ad technology.
Proven success in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to exceed targets.
Deep understanding of the ad tech marketplace and established relationships with agency holding groups and DSPs.
Strong knowledge of demand and supply side platform technology and CRM tools like Salesforce.
Active participation in industry initiatives related to automation and data-driven sales.
Experience leading teams to deliver revenue growth.
Ability to interface with high-level executives and clients.
Experience managing data-driven sales cycles with advanced measurement and attribution.
Skills & Capabilities:
Proven sales leadership with prospecting, lead generation, and closing skills.
Deep understanding of client priorities and aligning product portfolios accordingly.
Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong relationship-building and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of new media technologies, DSP, SSP, and CRM tools.
