Senior DevOps Engineer

Ivo AI is building tools to help every company in the world make sense of their contracts. The tools are gaining popularity — we've just raised a $16M Series A. Now, we need your help.

What we're looking for We’re seeking a seasoned DevOps engineer to:

Own and shape the future of our environment, with the freedom to design the system as we have a relatively minimal footprint.

Manage numerous customer deployments, each with their own containers, database, VPC, etc., requiring complex orchestration.

Instrument our system to monitor performance bottlenecks, errors, and other issues.

Aggregate metrics, logs, and health checks into dashboards and pager alerts.

Be on call and lead infrastructure-related incident responses.

Accelerate our CI/CD pipeline, which currently takes about 12 minutes.

Besides maintaining a high-performance distributed system, we’re excited about LLMs. You would be deeply integrated into the engineering team, pushing the DevOps frontier through initiatives like:

Developing real-time LLM evaluations to monitor response accuracy.

Building autonomous agents to detect and diagnose production issues proactively.

Contributing innovative ideas and solutions.

About you

Passionate about orchestration and Infrastructure as Code, with experience using Pulumi or similar tools.

Desire to move quickly while adhering to best practices.

Relentlessly resourceful .

Proficient in coding, preferably JavaScript.

Experienced with Azure and/or GCP.

Deep knowledge of computer systems, including Linux, containers, SQL databases, and cloud infrastructure.

Startups are demanding, especially during rapid growth. You’ll have significant responsibilities and a busy workload. It’s challenging but offers substantial rewards.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $170K-$260K. Final offers are determined based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
