A growing hospitality company is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Director to lead digital marketing, content creation, and eCommerce initiatives in the DC area. This role combines creative design with data-driven strategy to boost online engagement and revenue. It offers a great opportunity to join an established company with a successful track record.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Google).
Design digital and print materials; create photo, video, and animation content.
Manage Google Performance Max campaigns and respond to online engagement.
Lead eCommerce strategy, website updates, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns to increase sales.
Align marketing with sales initiatives and participate in business development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, design, or eCommerce (hospitality experience is a plus).
Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, and eCommerce tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.).
Strong skills in design, photography, and content writing.
Video editing and animation experience is a plus.
Organized, creative, and deadline-driven.
Note: This position requires in-office work, Monday to Friday, near Alexandria.
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 base salary (commensurate with experience), plus bonus, comprehensive medical package, 401k, PTO, and more.
