*Job Title: Gas Engineer*
*Primary Responsibility:* To maintain and repair heating systems in clients' properties, ensuring efficient and safe operation of heating and hot water systems while delivering timely repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform service and maintenance on various domestic properties.
* Provide high levels of customer care, meeting quality standards in client interactions.
* Communicate updates and progress of work; provide necessary information electronically via our APP.
* Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Records.
* Follow stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure the availability of required parts.
*Key Attributes & Requirements:*
* Essential Gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT,HTR1, CKR1
* Potential for Availability for out-of-hours evening and weekend cover on a rota basis.
* Friendly and professional attitude to build strong relationships with clients and tenants.
* Completion of DBS checks prior to employment.
