What will you be doing?
Client Delivery:
Lead strategic transformation engagements or multiple workstreams in large‑scale transformation projects comprising 3–5+ members. Manage business and practice development initiatives. Ensure quality and timely delivery of artefacts and source cross‑functional team members as needed.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage daily, weekly and monthly with clients and senior stakeholders. Lead discussions, articulate options and recommendations for complex issues, and elevate risks and issues to Engagement Leaders as appropriate.
SAP Analytics and Cloud (SAC) Solution Expertise:
Demonstrate application knowledge of SAC technology covering architecture design, infrastructure set‑up, functional design guidance and platform upgrades. Act as SAC SME for GTM propositions and asset development, building relationships with SAP stakeholders.
Proposition and Solution Expertise:
Support SAP Analytics and Cloud for managing the EPM delivery lifecycle across use cases. Lead vendor alliance SME activities for GTM propositions and asset development.
Use‑case focus:
Target Operating Model design across Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Benefits/Value Realisation, Cost Management, and Investment/Change Portfolio Management.
What will you need to do it?
Experience in EPM consulting, designing and delivering solutions that drive client strategy.
Ability to mobilise and lead complex transformation programmes.
Expertise on SAC product functionalities and limitations to guide design.
Lead solution and technical design oversight for standardisation and optimisation.
Provide design trade‑off perspectives aligned with system performance.
Lead integration architecture (inbound/outbound pipes, master data management, interfaces, transformations).
Liaise with client technology and infrastructure teams on platform set‑up decisions.
Partner with SAP KMPs to fast‑track agile support and stay abreast of releases.
Build internal and external relationships to support Partners and Directors in business development and sales.
Lead RFPs and develop innovative go‑to‑market propositions on SAC.
Build credibility in the market and provide guidance to junior team members.
Lead practice development initiatives to grow and promote the EPM practice.
