We are looking for an administrative coordinator who will support the DSV sales team with various administrative facets of the sales process and departmental logistics inclusive of scheduling, invoicing, purchase order creation/follow-up, and the administrative facets of the sales funnel/customer relationship management. You'll have the opportunity to: Support the sales team in execution of key administrative processes. Ensuring administrative compliance, governance, and oversight regarding any/all activities related to the BRP annual business cycle and deliverables. Work closely and effectively with sales team and other stakeholders to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities following up appropriately to ensure deliverables are met. Demonstrate leadership, sense of urgency, composure, and practicality to maintain credibility, trust, and support of both internal and external stakeholders. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to streamline processes. Accurately track budget expenditures. You'll thrive in this role if you have the following skills, experience and competencies: Required: 5+ years of direct work experience in an administrative role. Demonstrated ability and organizational skills to manage the administrative aspects consisting of meeting facilitation, project management documents, calendar management, budget tracking and effective problem solving in a fast paced environment. Applied experience with basic financial methods and tools associated with invoicing, purchase orders. Experience creating spreadsheets, documents and presentations using Google Suite or Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Takes ownership and actively seeks opportunities to make improvements for the organization. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment, fostering positive relationships through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
