We have recently launched an AI‑driven configurable digital ecosystem product that is gaining traction. Our integration services enable large enterprises to build global capability centres in India and enable them to thrive in Europe and beyond. The market is receptive and demand is growing for both the product and our services.
We are seeking a Head of Sales (often referred to in internal communications as the Head of Talent Acquisition role) to lead new business acquisition with a focus on hunting within large existing accounts and prospecting for new clients that want digital transformation and AI‑driven revenue opportunities.
This is a leadership position reporting to the CEO and directly interacting with the entire CXO layer across the globe. You will play a key role in pricing, marketing strategy, and overall business growth in the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Secure new logos in IT services and product sales
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Stay ahead of industry trends to refine strategies
Qualifications
8-15 years in IT service sales with strong hunting experience
Results‑oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment
Proven success in the UK and Europe
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
