Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations with standardized testing, clinical observations and interviews to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapy, develop personalized treatment plans to meet each child's unique needs, incorporate play-based therapy in sessions, provide feeding and swallowing therapy for children with dysphagia. Collaborate with parents, teachers, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support each child's goals. Provide parent education and training to ensure carryover outside of the therapy clinic. Work closely with occupational therapists and physical therapists within our clinic. Stay up-to-date on documentation including daily notes, progress notes and evaluations. Implement home programs to ensure carryover outside of therapy room. Monitor and track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology, hold a current Tennesse license as an SLP, hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Knowledge of play-based therapy approaches, a passion for working with the pediatric population, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
