Entry Level Tower Technician

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Field Technician to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you'll assist in the installation, maintenance, and inspection of meteorological towers in various outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain tools and equipment ahead of deployment
• Travel to remote job sites (overnight trips required)
• Assist with the construction and maintenance of meteorological towers
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools
• Provide support and assistance as needed
• Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Communicate effectively with management and crew members.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Prior experience in construction or outdoor labor is a plus but not required
