The organisation seeks a Head of Content who can elevate its narrative, refine its editorial voice, and shape a content ecosystem that strengthens brand presence across diverse markets. The ideal candidate pairs creative instinct with strategic discipline, ensuring that every written output whether a headline, a speech, or a long‑form campaign, reflects precision, coherence, and intent.
Responsibilities
Produce polished, insightful, and original copy that reflects a sophisticated editorial standard.
Edit, refine, and rework existing material when required, ensuring accuracy and clarity before content proceeds for marketing approval.
Draft speeches, feature articles, sales communications, briefs, and promotional material across multiple formats.
Maintain a unified brand voice across all channels, digital, social, print, video, mobile, and in‑person touchpoints ensuring consistency in tone, quality, and message.
Design and execute a robust content strategy aligned with both immediate and long‑term marketing objectives, continually evaluating which approaches most effectively advance the brand.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary editorial team, upholding strong standards in grammar, style, and narrative cohesion.
Partner closely with creative, marketing, and cross‑functional teams to develop compelling campaigns that meet defined communication goals.
Establish frameworks, processes, and governance models for content creation, distribution, maintenance, archival systems, and repurposing initiatives.
Adapt content strategies in real time, responding to analytics, performance data, and evolving brand needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, PR, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience leading editorial, publishing, or multichannel content teams.
Demonstrated ability to craft persuasive content tailored to diverse audiences and demographics.
Experience in crisis or high‑stakes communications is an advantage.
Solid understanding of SEO‑aligned writing, content syndication, and performance optimisation.
