About
*Crucial Note:* This is a _builder/designer_ role, utilizing existing themes and tools like Divi. *This is not a position for someone who specializes in coding or building sites from scratch.*

*Key Responsibilities WordPress Site Design & Construction*
* *Layout and Aesthetics :* Implement and maintain the visual design, user interface, and overall aesthetics for customer websites.
* *Conversion-Focused Building:* Utilize WordPress to efficiently build and manage e-commerce websites, and dedicated landing pages.
* *Platform Management:* Perform all necessary updates, edits, and page creation using existing WordPress themes and visual builders.
* *Experience with Divi Builder is a significant plus.*
*Customer Service Excellence*
* Assisting customers via phone and email when changes are submitted.
* Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our Company CRM.
* Communicating customer issues with other Departments when needed.
*Essential Design & Builder Skills*
* *Expertise as a WordPress Site Builder:* Proven ability to rapidly create, design, and manage functional websites (service, e-commerce, funnels) using WordPress.
* *Portfolio Required:* Demonstrated success in aesthetic design and layout development.
* *No Coding Specialization Required:* Focus is on visual builders and platform management.
* Strong understanding of website aesthetics, UX/UI principles, and conversion optimization.

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
