About

*Overview:*
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will excel in project leadership, communication, and coordination across applications, business operations, and infrastructure. Technology project management experience is required; Oracle on premises to cloud migration experience is a plus.
*Responsibilities:*
* Lead full life cycle delivery of large-scale technology projects.
* Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and communications.
* Coordinate across technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
* Facilitate governance, executive briefings, and decision tracking.
* Ensure ITIL compliance, including change, incident, and problem management.
* Collaborate with vendors and external partners for project execution.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
* Support operational transition and post implementation stabilization.
* Drive continuous improvement and adoption of project management best practices.
*Requirements:*
* Minimum of five years managing complex technology projects in enterprise environments
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and ITIL processes
* Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and deliver projects on time and within scope.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar.
* PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification
* Experience managing project using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience with Oracle migrations from on premises to cloud
* ITIL Foundation or higher
* Collaboration with third party vendors and external partners
* Public sector project experience
*Work Arrangement:*
Hybrid model combining onsite collaboration and remote work flexibility.
Pay: $84,076.07 - $101,252.90 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Indianapolis, IN 46204
