To integrate its growing team, RAVAL Europe is currently looking for a dynamic, highly organized and motivated: Human Resources Coordinator (M/F) Brief: She/He contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Scope of Duties: • Work in direct collaboration with the HR Manager • Recruiting and staffing logistics • Performance management and improvement tracking systems • Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping • Performance management and improvement tracking systems • Assisting with employee relations • Company employee communication • Employee safety, welfare and health reporting; and employee services • Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office Responsibilities: Under the responsibility of the HR Manager, you will be required to perform the following tasks: • General Administration of Personnel: o Ensure HR records are kept up-to-date o Provide the first level of HR support to employees o Ensure the welcome process of new hires and prepare all administration with regards to new joiners/leavers (contract management, compulsory formalities etc…) o Provide training and support to HR tools users (Time Management tool, Goals & Performance tool…) o Provide statistics, reporting and analyses upon request to the HR Manager o Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) database and generate reports to assist management. o Assist in the implementation and tracking of company safety and health programs o Assist in special and ad-hoc projects related to department activities • Recruitment o Manage the recruiting process according to company recruitment policy (contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, handling job boards and social media) • Training and Development: o Schedule training sessions, track participants and training records o Be the point of contact with training organizations o Maintain a training database up to date o Preparation of co-funding application folder • Performance Management: o Assist all staff with queries relating to annual performance management process and use of global online too Experience and Qualifications required: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree in Human Resources • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operational Human Resources position, preferably gained in Luxembourg • Good knowledge of Luxembourg Labour working legislation (Labour Law, Social Security) • Fluency in French and good command of English is required • Excellent command of Microsoft package (especially Excel) • Ability to work independently and proactively when necessary, but must always be a team player • Ability to work with clear objectives, multi-task efficiently between routine tasks and urgent queries, ensuring deadlines are met and the work is accurate at all times • Must have demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization • Innovative and creative • Confidentiality and discretion are key skills to this role, as dealing with sensitive and personal information daily.
