Vacancy Ref: EM0373 Role: Branch Manager Industry: Electrical Wholesale Location: Belper Salary: Negotiable (DOE) + Bonus Overview: We are recruiting for a Branch Manager on behalf of our Electrical Wholesale client in the Belper area. This position is ideal for someone with strong industry connections who can actively build and expand the customer base. You will play a key role in driving new business, forging new relationships, and creating fresh sales opportunities to support the branch’s growth. Please note, this role does not come with a company car as you will be an internally based manager. Package / Benefits: • Negotiable salary D.O.E • Bonus • Pension Scheme • 24 days holidays + Bank Holidays • No weekend hours required Responsibilities: • Responsible for the achievement of sales and gross profit targets in line with the overall company strategy. • Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts. • Proactively research and contact potential new customers, open new accounts and build the branch customer base. • Providing training and development for staff. • Ensure that your team meet operational standards.
