We're looking for someone dependable and ready to work — the kind of person who likes staying active, moving fast, and taking pride in doing a job right. If you've worked in construction, landscaping, or any kind of physical trade, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

• Clean residential windows, screens, and tracks using professional tools and techniques

• Work outdoors with a small crew, moving between homes throughout the day

• Be respectful and polite with customers — most are longtime regulars who appreciate what we do

• Keep a steady pace and maintain attention to detail

What We Offer

• Starting pay: $16–$18/hr (depending on experience)

• Raises available quickly as you gain skill and reliability (experienced techs earn $20–$25/hr+)

• Part-time, seasonal work (September–March) — hours vary depending on workload

• Paid hands-on training

• A small, family-oriented crew that actually enjoys working together

• Steady communication, clear expectations, and a boss who respects your time and effort

• Like physical, fast-paced work

• Can lift about 25 lbs and are comfortable on ladders

• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
