We are seeking a *passionate Endodontist* to join our specialty practice *starting at 2-3 days per month* with the opportunity to increase to *1 day per week* as demand grows. This is an excellent role for a *detail-oriented clinician who values autonomy and wants to maximize efficiency with a pre-screened patient base*. Our practice is home to *five general dentists* who collaborate closely with our specialists, ensuring a *consistent and well-managed flow of endodontic cases* with an *average of 200+ new patients per month*. Our practice is dedicated to *exceptional patient care, cutting-edge technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration* to provide life-changing smile restorations.
Our *state-of-the-art facility* offers a full range of services, including *cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, endodontic treatments, same-day crowns, and full-mouth restorations*. We are also *VA-approved providers*, proudly serving veterans.

*What You’ll Do:*
* Endodontic evaluations
* Perform *non-surgical and surgical root canal therapy*, retreatments, and apicoectomies.
* Utilize advanced imaging and microscopic techniques to ensure *precision and patient comfort*.
* Communicate with referring dentists and *integrate treatment into comprehensive care plans*.
* Educate patients on prognosis and post-treatment care.
*What We’re Looking For:*
✔DDS/DMD & Endodontics Specialty Certificate
✔Licensed to practice in Florida or ability to obtain licensure
✔ Detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about patient care
