Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud solutions.
• Provide technical and functional expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce implementations.
• Participate in presales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, focusing on Loyalty Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Proven experience in presales activities.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
