Python Engineer with DevOps Expertise

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Python Engineer with strong DevOps expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing clean, efficient code while also automating and managing scalable infrastructure. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth CI/CD processes and application deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable Python applications and scripts
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Bicep
• Monitor application performance and infrastructure using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration with Kubernetes or similar platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Python Developer (3+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines , version control (Git), and build tools
• Hands-on experience with Docker , Kubernetes , and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience – Terraform , Ansible , or Bicep
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix-based systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture
• Exposure to machine learning pipelines or data engineering
• Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer, AWS DevOps Pro)
