Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the gaming area in a friendly and professional manner
Monitor gaming activity and enforce all applicable rules and regulations
Check identification to verify legal age requirements
Operate lottery machines and gaming systems as required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area
Report any suspicious activity or policy violations to management promptly
Assist with light stocking or cleaning duties when needed
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
Ability to remain alert and professional during shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable enforcing rules and policies when necessary
