Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Schulungen und Fortbildungen
• Regelmäßige Sensibilisierungen (z.B. monatlicher „Info Security Newsletter“)
• Besuch von eigenen Fachfortbildungen, vor allem auch EASA-Verstanstaltungen bezgl. EU VO 203/2023
• Unterstützung des Accountable Managers und des Safety Managers bei der Umsetzung von fachspezifischen Maßnahmen
• Unterstützende Weiterentwicklung des Compliance Managements im SimZ Bückeburg in allen IT-bezogenen Themen
• Permanenter Kontakt zum ISB
• Tiefenverständnis des Compliance Managements im SimZ Bückeburg
• Durchführung von Info Sicherheits-Fachaudits in Absprache mit Safety Management und dem Accountable des SimZ Bückeburg

Ihr Profil

• Einschlägiges Hochschulstudium (HS oder Uni) mit Abschluss oder vergleichbar
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Flugsicherheit
• Kenntnisse der Flugsicherheit gemäß EU VO 1178/2011
• Kenntnisse der IT Sicherheit, insbesondere der Bundeswehr gemäß A-960/1 (Grundschutz)
• Erstellung von IT-Auditplänen
• Durchführung von Audits
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office (z.B. MS Powerpoint und MS Excel)
• Kenntnisse über gängige Werkzeuge (z.B. DOORS, JIRA, IBM RQM), Problem Management-Werkzeuge
• Gute Englischkenntnisse Wort und Schrift (mind. Level B1)
• Gute Fähigkeiten in Präsentation und Präsentationserstellung
• Gute Analyse- und Gestaltungsfähigkeit zur Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
• Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teilprojekten, Projekten und Projektteams
• Fähigkeit zur Durchführung von Coaching-, Trainingsveranstaltungen
• Fähigkeit zur Motivierung und zum Führen von Mitarbeitern
