We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Enterprise Software Delivery Associate to join our dynamic team. As an Enterprise Delivery Associate, you will work closely with Navaera’s enterprise clients to deploy, maintain, and enhance Navaera solutions. You will collaborate with a diverse group of IT professionals to deliver outstanding service to our internal stakeholders.
*Responsibilities*
· Assist in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating project tasks.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables are met.
· Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
· Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and test cases
· Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence and Microsoft Project software to track progress and communicate updates
· Work with software development, infrastructure, and other team members to deploy and manage deployments of Navaera solutions at scale.·
· Work closely with enterprise clients to identify, track, and facilitate the resolution of product installation issues during and after deployment.
· Lead multiple internal teams that enable end-to-end solution delivery. These other teams include those that perform requirements gathering, solution architecture and development, and quality assurance.
· Perform data analysis, interpretation, and presentation of clients' KPIs/SLAs to Navaera’s project leadership to ensure high levels of client service to enterprise clients.
· Organize regular service reviews with clients to cover program status, issues, action items, and change requests.
· Communicate regularly with lead client service partners, project team members, and representatives from various functional and technical teams, including escalating matters requiring additional attention and consideration.
· Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improving, optimizing, and transforming processes, including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.
*Required Qualifications*
· Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
· Three years of experience in field deployment/implementation of software solutions for enterprise organizations
· Three years of experience in a technical discipline, including software development, design, or infrastructure
· Ability to travel from time to time.
· Recommended/Preferred Qualifications
· Two years of experience in enterprise software delivery
· Analytical/Decision-Making Responsibilities
· Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
· Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.
· Excellent Written and Communication Skills
· Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
