About

Sensational Kids is currently seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist or CFY to join our team! You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in our outpatient pediatric practice.
Responsibilities:
* Develop therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders
* Implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders
* Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients
* Document and store treatment plans and progress reports
* Update patient progress to relevant parties
* Research related speech and language problems
Competencies:
* Knowledge of speech and hearing
* Ability to meet federal and state regulations
* Strong time management skills
* Ability to be flexible and creative
* Recognize the need to respond to culturally diverse communities
* Familiarity with communication disorders
* Ability to build rapport with patients
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Positive and patient demeanor
Qualifications:
* Master’s Degree
* State licensure and certifications
* Completion of graduate and clinical hours or
* Clinical Fellowship Year
