SAP Basis Administrator

🚨 We're Hiring: SAP Basis Administrator (Level 2/3 Support) 🚨

Location: France - Paris (hybrid flexibility)

Expertise: SAP HANA | SAP Basis | Run & Build

We’re currently looking for an experienced SAP Basis Admin to join a team dedicated to the administration and operation of SAP applications, with a focus on both RUN and BUILD activities.

The Mission:

• Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support to resolve complex incidents and ensure service optimization.
• Contribute to the management of pre-production and production platforms.
• Actively monitor SAP applications and manage incident tickets.
• Handle change and service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Update operational documentation
• Participate in on-call and out-of-hours support as required.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and maintain a solid understanding of business context.
• Engage in reinforced RUN activities across critical applications
• Interact directly with requestors when needed.
• Possess strong knowledge of SAP application architecture.

✅ Key Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP Basis administration
• Hands-on SAP HANA expertise
• Experience with incident and change management processes
• Willingness to support on-call rotations (including HNO)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• French-speaking required; English is a plus
