• Lead the transversal GenAI R&D product portfolio , overseeing strategy, execution, and delivery.
• Drive AI innovation , ensuring best practices, scalability, and impact across multiple research product pods.
• Foster alignment between R&D Accelerator, business units, and data teams to maximize AI’s potential in R&D.
• Spearhead portfolio governance , working with senior leaders to oversee resource allocation and staffing.
• Mentor and lead high-performing teams , championing a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
• Standardize processes and tools , ensuring efficiency, maintainability, and quality across AI initiatives.
• Stay ahead of industry advancements , leveraging emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in digital product development, ideally within R&D.
• Strong AI/ML expertise , with a focus on its application in research and drug development.
• Visionary product management skills , with the ability to drive strategy, execution, and continuous optimization.
• Exceptional stakeholder management , influencing across teams and senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies , with experience in scaling AI-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset , using data to inform product decisions and drive measurable results.
• Fluent in English and French , with excellent communication skills.
