About
As a Payment PMO at LANDI Global, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of payment projects worldwide and providing essential support to Technical Account Managers (TAMs) across regions. Your role will ensure that each project aligns with LANDI’s standards, processes, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all payment projects are managed according to LANDI’s defined processes and industry best practices.
- Support regional TAMs by validating the completeness of customer requirements across hardware, software, security, and other relevant components.
- Identify project dependencies involving LANDI products and tools; initiate corresponding requests when necessary (e.g., new kernels, certifications).
- Coordinate project activities across regions and LANDI R&D to ensure company-wide project alignment.
- Maintain and report project plans and status using designated tools (e.g., JIRA, PowerPoint presentations).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and share best practices with regional teams.

Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree (or equivalent from an engineering school) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Finance (Payment).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, ideally in payment terminal integration (hardware, software, and gateways).
- Basic knowledge of payment protocols such as ISO 8583, Nexo, CB2A, and standards like EMV and PCI.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of project management best practices, including project planning and risk tracking.
