Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled
DeltaV Engineer
to join our automation team, with a focus on configuring, programming, and troubleshooting DeltaV systems within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. This role will initially support a project with a leading pharmaceutical client, with opportunities to contribute to a variety of automation projects across multiple customers.

As a DeltaV Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring automation systems are properly configured, validated, and optimized to meet production and compliance requirements. Your expertise will directly support critical manufacturing operations in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure
    DeltaV Batch
    control strategies and
    Equipment Modules
    .
  • Develop and update
    DeltaV Live graphics
    for operator interfaces.
  • Write, debug, and optimize
    DeltaV code
    for Control Modules (CM), Equipment Modules (EM), and Phases.
  • Perform
    loop tuning
    and control optimization to improve system performance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to
    pharmaceutical customers
    on DeltaV automation systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with
    Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
    and
    cGMP
    regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 to 10 years
    of hands-on experience programming and configuring
    DeltaV systems
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    DeltaV architecture
    , including Control Modules (CM) and Equipment Modules (EM).
  • Experience working in
    regulated environments
    , with a solid understanding of
    GDP
    and
    cGMP
    requirements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot automation systems efficiently and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with
    DeltaV Batch
    and
    S88 batch structures
    .
  • Familiarity with
    DeltaV Live
    graphics development.
  • Background in
    pharmaceutical or life sciences
    manufacturing environments.
