We’re looking for an experienced Beauty Account Director / Business Unit Director to join a leading retail display specialist, managing and growing key beauty and cosmetics clients.

You’ll lead end-to-end campaigns across POP, retail display, and in-store activations — collaborating closely with creative, production, and technical teams to deliver standout results.

What you’ll need:

✔ Proven experience in the beauty sector (retail, POP, display or experiential)

✔ Strong commercial acumen and client leadership

✔ Confident managing complex campaigns from brief to delivery

✔ Comfortable working 3–4 days in a vibrant East London studio
