*Duties*
* Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s specific concerns, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of tension or discomfort.
* Utilize your knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments.
* Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend ongoing therapies or occupational health strategies to support their wellness goals.
* Maintain detailed treatment records, documenting patient progress and treatment details accurately.
* Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols.
* Stay current with industry trends and continue developing your skills through ongoing education and training in medical spa techniques.
*Qualifications*
* Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice professionally.
* Proven experience delivering various massage modalities such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
* Strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
* Exceptional patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs effectively.
* Knowledge of pain management techniques and occupational health principles to enhance client outcomes.
* Prior experience working in a customer-focused environment with excellent communication skills.
