The Opportunity As an Enterprise Solutions Architect you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our enterprise customers and prospects, bridging the gap between product and customer outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Technical Leadership Design and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native technologies.
Translate complex customer requirements into scalable, maintainable Dash0 implementations.
Develop and execute Proofs of Concept that highlight Dash0’s technical capabilities.
Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations to engineering and executive audiences.
Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap and feature priorities.
Customer and Field Engagement Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
Represent Dash0 at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
Provide architecture guidance and best practices for observability and OpenTelemetry collector design.
Internal Enablement and Thought Leadership Create reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.
Mentor peers on Dash0’s technical ecosystem and implementation patterns.
Contribute technical content, such as blog posts, talks, and documentation.
Who You Are
Soft Skills Technical communication, problem solving, collaboration, and adaptability.
Hard Skills Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing; hands‑on instrumentation; modern DevOps, SRE, platform engineering; familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot; data analysis; ability to create demos, architectures, and POCs.
Location DACH, UK, Benelux, Nordics preferred, remote with business travel.
