Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Skills:
- Proficient in coding and documentation practices
- Experience in infant care, memory care, and workers compensation law
- Knowledge of airway management techniques
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols
- Ability to administer injections with precision and accuracy
- Skilled in diagnostic evaluation and interpretation of test results
- Experience in case management, coordinating care across multiple providers
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [LOCATION]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of [2] years of nursing experience
- CPR certification required
