Sales Effectiveness Lead , you’ll partner with the UK Sales Leadership Team to drive performance, embed best practice, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a strategic role with real influence, focused on identifying opportunities, implementing enablement initiatives, and ensuring our sales operations deliver sustainable growth in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a strategic performance improvement plan for UK Sales, ensuring alignment across all KPIs and KRIs to drive sustainable commercial growth
Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver the plan, balancing competing priorities and resource constraints while safeguarding the experience and effectiveness for front-line colleagues
Ensure effective management of regulatory obligations by embedding robust governance, risk management, and control frameworks within UK Sales operations
Act as the senior UK Sales voice in cross-functional forums (e.g. Tribes), shaping business-wide decisions and ensuring sales priorities are fully represented and integrated
Partner with Commercial Insights, Group MI, and Ops Performance to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting of UK Sales performance, enabling data-driven decision-making
Oversee performance monitoring across all KPIs and KRIs, ensuring early identification of risks and leading the implementation of corrective actions to maintain delivery against strategic objectives
What We’re Looking For
Deep expertise in sales operations within a regulated environment
Experience working with outsource partners
Strong commercial acumen and external market awareness
Ability to apply best practice in selling while maintaining compliance
Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
Skilled in drafting governance papers and delivering high-impact presentations
Proficiency in PowerPoint and strategic storytelling for senior stakeholders
