We are seeking friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a vibrant food service environment. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to create a welcoming environment
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Handle cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and change
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and handling procedures
- Manage multiple tables or stations simultaneously with excellent time management skills
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations
- Provide attentive customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including setup and cleanup of the service area
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill calculations
- Ability to serve guests courteously while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members
