About
We are looking for a reliable Line Cook with real kitchen experience to join our team. You will be working directly with the owner-chef, preparing ingredients, executing menu items, and supporting daily kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes
- Work directly with the owner-chef and assist where needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Support with daily/weekly inventory counting
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Must be able to work weekends
Requirements
- Kitchen experience required (restaurant experience preferred — not fast food)
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Able to lift 20–30 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Legally able to work in Canada
