Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for warranty claims, ensuring seamless processing and accurate documentation. Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process warranty claims promptly and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service technicians, and suppliers to gather information and resolve warranty issues swiftly.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all warranty transactions, including claim status updates and correspondence logs.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor warranty expiration dates and ensure timely submission of claims within specified timeframes.
  • Assist in preparing reports on warranty activity, trends, and departmental performance metrics.
  • Support the training of staff on warranty procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and claim processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using computer software systems, or relevant database tools.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific warranty policies, procedures, and technical terminology is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,500.00-$41,600.00 per year
