  • Develop and implement System Governance procedures & execute control processes for the Dayforce Platform
  • Develop & execute best-in-class Reporting and Authorizations concepts for the Dayforce Platform
  • Support implementation of HarMoney Payroll project in the frame of the Global Payroll & Time Strategy
  • Design and implementation of future ready Digital Operating Model
  • Ensure compliance, data protection rules and compliant AI usage in owned Systems & processes
  • Ensure all interfaces and integrations are continuously maintained, updated, and optimized to support a seamless end-to-end payroll process
  • Steer GBS+ Dayforce application support's team (resources, knowledge, documentation)

  • Master degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources.
  • 8 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources and/or IT
  • Ability to develop, execute, and align global HR Cloud System in area of Payroll & Time Attendance
  • Strong communication skills in building relationships and maintaining close communication with internal/external stakeholders and HR community
  • Knowledge of HR Payroll, Time & Attendance Process is a plus
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
