About
What You'll Do
Provide leadership and oversight for multiple vertical design and construction projects under a unified program.
Direct and coordinate internal teams and external consultants, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
Manage all phases of project development-programming, design, construction, and closeout-ensuring alignment with program objectives.
Maintain accountability for cost, schedule, quality, and contract compliance across all assignments.
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, architects of record, general contractors, and key stakeholders.
Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
Foster collaborative communication and team-building to achieve project success.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to program growth.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
Extensive professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
20+ years of experience in Project Construction Management
10+ years managing large programs with construction values exceeding $100 million
Proven experience in general contractor facilitation, owner-contractor closeout, and final accounting.
Strong working knowledge of:
Design and construction processes
Building systems/components and technology
Contract management and project delivery methods
Environmental and LEED applications
Team leadership and client relationship building
Willing to work 100% onsite in Davie, Florida
Ideally, You'll Also Have
30+ years of experience in project construction management and design
Experience with vertical construction projects for academic institutions, healthcare facilities, and community infrastructure.
Project Controls expertise.
Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Professional Engineer (PE), or Architect license.
