Position Type:

• 1099 Contract (Temporary)

• In-Office Daily (Not a Remote Position)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Graphic Production Specialist with strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. This role focuses on producing professional, black-and-white specification sheets and ensuring consistent, high-quality output for both digital and print formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain specification sheets using InDesign and related Creative Suite tools.
• Apply and manage tables, paragraph styles, and copy styles to ensure consistency across documents.
• Prepare accurate digital and print-ready files that meet brand and production standards.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize data, track specifications, and support project workflows.
• Use Microsoft Word for documentation, templates, and text-heavy project support.
• Handle email communications and manage digital assets to keep projects organized and efficient.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure specifications are clear, precise, and visually consistent.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (Creative Suite).
• Strong knowledge of layout design, typography, and production workflows.
• Skilled in working with tables, paragraph styles, and template systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience preparing files for both digital and print specifications.
• Strong email and file management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with quick turnarounds.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a design or production role.
• Comfortable working on both Mac and PC platforms.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
